At Escape Room Hero, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please review our cancellation and refund policy:
- Full Refund (100%) – If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before your scheduled game, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund (50%) – If you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled game, you will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refunds – Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled game or if you do not show up for your booking.
To cancel your booking, please contact us via phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time.
