Do I need to book in advance?
While walk-ins are welcome based on availability, we highly recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and groups. This ensures you get your preferred time slot.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We offer full refunds for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled but are non-refundable.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! We offer special rates for groups of 10 or more, corporate events, birthday parties, and team building sessions. Contact us for custom packages.
